I have dealt with Avon Plumbing for a number of years now. I have had them repair everything from a leaky toilet to replacing two well pumps. They are FANTASTIC! I have found their pricing to be quite fair. Their service is exemplary (shout out to Tom who does their well pumps). I have been so impressed that they are now doing all of the plumbing work for my company in Farmington.

I just wanted you and Avon Plumbing to know how happy we are with our gas fireplace but in particular Jim. He went above and beyond trying to make the flame look less blue. He came out the very next day, researched how to modify the flame, and came out to see what could be done. All the while he made a sincere effort to make sure we were happy and completely satisfied.

I would like to commend your customer service associate, Camma. We recently had a sump pump failure during a particularly rainy week. We called Avon Plumbing immediately. Camma responded with her usual efficacy and within the hour she had separated an emergency from routine and Peter appeared at our house to address the issue and avert a crisis. Kudos to him also. Camma is always knowledgeable, prompt, and above all responsive to the criticality of a situation.
