Positions available for Licensed Plumbers and Service Technicians in the Farmington Valley. Duties to include plumbing, heating, remodeling and water systems installations and repairs.

Showroom Manager

Avon Plumbing is looking for an energetic Showroom Manager to join our team. Qualified candidates should have the ability to understand the technical specifications of products, troubleshoot problems, and handle issues independently. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations and management of a Kitchen + Bath showroom and the design consultant team, as well as team-building, training, and sales growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Educational consultation of our brands for our clients
  • Ability to set procedures and policies
  • Train and mentor showroom employees
  • Maintain superior customer service and experience

Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience in sales and management of plumbing products
  • Ability to understand technical specifications of products, troubleshoot and address issues as they arise
  • High degree of energy, self-motivation, and drive!
