    Yes, we have the expertise to help identify the part. If you can bring in the broken part, a photo, or the model number of the fixture it came from, our staff can typically identify what you need. Even a solid description of what’s failing and how the fixture behaves often gets us there. 

  • Can you help me figure out whether to repair or replace?

    Yes, and we’ll be straight with you about it. Sometimes a $12 flapper or fill valve is the right fix. Other times the math points clearly toward a replacement. We’d rather give you an honest answer than sell you parts for a repair that won’t hold. 

  • Do you stock heating supply parts as well as plumbing?
