Plumbing Showroom Consultant
Avon Plumbing Kitchen and Bath Showroom is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients in various areas.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your knowledge of retail sales to assist customers with their purchases
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in Plumbing fixtures, faucets, cabinetry and all aspects of plumbing products.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Sell products effectively by demonstrating features and benefits
- Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience
- Stock and organize merchandise to maintain an appealing store layout
- Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail setting
- Plumbing showroom: 3 years (Preferred)
- Plumbing Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Ability to Commute to Avon, CT 06001 (Required)
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
